Messrs Danold Reid and Co. (Ltd.) report:" "We held oOr weekly auction sale of grrfin . and produce at our stores on Monday. Our _.. catalogue included most of the lines in de< . niand locally. There was a moderate attendance of buyers, and with fair competition . the catalogue was cleared at prices about on 1 a par with late values. Prices ruled as under: — Oats.—lt has been impossible to effect sales for shipment at last week's quotations, buf at a slight reduction fair export business has been done. Milling lines have little attention except as prime feed, which is th^ only class inquired for. "We quote: Prim< milling, 23 7d; good to best feed, 2s 5d fa A 2s 6d; inferior to medium, 2s 3d to 2s 4d... per bushel (sacks extra). Wheat.—Stocks on hand are now much reduced.
