HOSPITAL AND BENEVOLENT INSTITUTION.
The annual statutory meetings of representatives of local contributing bodies • for the purpose of electing members of the Hospital Trustees and Benevolent Trustees was • held in the Town Hall on December 2. The number of members to be elected to each body was six, and each delegate present had a separate vote for each distriot authority he represented. Mr P. Miller presided, and the delegatespresent were: — Messrs H. H. Inglis (Mos.-^ giel), W. Burnett (Naseby), J. Arkle (Palmereton), J. Hazlett (Vincent and Maniototo), W. T. Talboys (Alexandra, .
