UNIVERSITY REFORM.
LONDON, July 25. ■ In the House of Lords the Bishop of Birmingham suggested that the Government should appoint a commission to consider the question of university reform. Earl Crewe replied that the Government wanted more evidence of the universities' inability to reform themselves.
