CRITICISM.
Game 6416.—Mr D. Bower, Waiwera, -writet on Game 6416, in which w« asked where Black could have drawn. Our correspondent takes the game at 30th move, when the position is: Black: 4, 5, 8. 9, 11, 13, 19. White: 17, 18,' 20. 32. 25, 30, 32. Black to play. 19 23 was played, and White won. Mr Bower thinks Black can about win with 11 15. We would draw it, thus:—ll 15, 18 11, 8 16, 25 21, 19*28,20 16, 4 8, 16 11, 8 12, 11 7, 12 16; 7 2 15 19* " 2 6, 23 26; 30 23, 19 26, 18 15, drawn. \
