The monthly meetirg of lihe executive of the Otago Sunday School Union was held I at the Bible D«*pct bn Thursday evening, when there was a full attendance of men> betrs. The Rsv. C. H. Laws (president) occupied the chair. A letter wa« received from the Wellington Sunday School Union asking the opinion of the Otago Executive with regard: to the holding of » conference of Sunday school workers in 1908. Bennett, who has for some time acted as advisory inspector for the union, has decided to relinquish the office, and the secretary was instructed to write thanking Mr Binnett for th* great interest he had taken in his work, and to express the hope ttuat after a rest he might see his way to again undertake tho position.
