Wiadowson, S.M.) .False Registration of -a Birth. — Mary Gil*, son (formerly Flincher) -was charged that, on February 3, 3902, at Christchnreh, die clad wilfully make a false statement touching th« birth of an infant named Irene Maud Flincher, and was represented by Mr B. S. Ixwin. — Lionel Charles Williams, registrar of births* derths, and marriages- at Ghristcburch, produced the register covering the period, from December 6, I9ttl, to May 8, 1902. On February 3 a child named Irene Maud was registered as having been born on December 28 by Mary M'Clue as tfie mother. John M'Clue was stated to be the father.
