LONDON SHEEPSKIN MARKET. LONDON, August 3.
At the sheepskin sales 3700 bales were offered, and 3200 sold. There was a fair attendance, moderate competition, ajjd a general decline in prices, compared with June sales, of long-woolled skins.
The New Zealand Loan ami Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) are in receipt of the following advice by cable, dated 3rd inst., from their London office : — " Sheepskins : Combing descriptions have declined Id per lb, and short wool crossbreds Jd per lb."
