Mr D. D Seatc* (chairman of the School Committee) presided, and the hall was crowded, there being about 250 people present. The first part of the function took the form of a concert, and songs were rendered by Mrs Habershon Misses Christie, Ridley, ancTCrawley and Mr Dickson, a duet by Mrs and Miss Ridley, recitations by Miss Orkney and Mr Green, a piano solo by Miss May Durham, and » violin solo by Miss Lily Crawley.
