Three -hundred and forty-two professors at the University of' Odessa are abstaining -from their 3uties until the pupils are.given all civil rights- and the universities receive academic autonomy. ' -', BERLIN, August 29. ThWossische Zeitung reports that theChief 'of Police" afc Czeutockhowa (Poland) was killed- by bomb. Several bystanders were^ also severely injured.
