HAWKE'S BAY.
A number of small fires have occurred at, Napier of late, leading to the suspicion that all were not accidental. Tho latest occurred on Saturday night in a. warehouse near the railway station, and as the fire was reported by a man named Frank Williamson, who-was first-oil; the jceno at the firo on the previous night, the police -arrested him on a charge of arson. The accused was before tho court on Monday, and was remanded on substantial bail.
