■» PARIS, August 22. M. Rouvler (Premier of France) has informed the Powers of the circumstances regarding the Algerians' airest at Fez, and of France's intention to exact reparation. M. Taillandier has presented an energetic demand for the release of the Algerians at Fez, the punishment- of the Kaid who was responsible for their detention, and the payment of an indemnity of • 2000 dollars, with an additional sum of 100 dollars for each day's delay.
