SPRING CLEANING.
An Article for Women Readers. The Spring cleaning of the house is important, but the Spring cleaning of the system is more so. How is ifc that when Spring approaches you find yourself feeling: weary after a little exercise incapable of rousing yourself to continued effort, with, frequent headache, bilious feelings, eruptions, pimples, and other traces of blood impurities, and now and again, perhaps, a touch of indigestion? It is because your body needs its Spring cleaning. Just as the Spring sunshine creeping- into your homo shows the need of Spring cleaning 1 , so Spring temperature and conditions affect your body, which has become more or less run down during the Winter. For tho Spring cleaning of tho body there is nothing; to equal Bile Beans. They remove all I the symptoms mentioned above, as witness tho caso of Mrs E. J. Rainus, of 1 Arundle street, Forest Lodge, Sydney. This lady says:— "Your Bile Beans have proved a valuable remedy in my household. lam 'ometimcß troubled with debility, and whea I feel 'done up,' with a tired,' listless feeling, I take a Bean or t\io with beneficial) results. As a oentle purgative thevare all' that can be desired, and leave no evil aftereffects whatever. I can safely say Bile Beans are unequalled for poor apnetite. sleeplessness, and that oul-of-sorts "feeling! so prevalent at the present season." Not only aro Bile Beans more valuable as a, Spring medicine than any other obtainable, but they are also more economic. In the caso of mesfc of the old-fashioned remedies, three, four, or even six must bo t*vken atj a time. With Bile Beans one bean is one close.
