Definition of a Hack. — A Hack is a horse •which has not, since Ist August, 1899, won a race of the vahie of 80sovs or races of the collective value of 200sovs at time of nomination. Penalty Conditions. — The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry 10lb extra, and of every additional race a further penalty of 71b.
