NORTH v. SOUTH.
A Wellington telegram states that thefollowing players - have been chosen to represent the- North Island: — back, W. J. Wallace (Wellington); three-quarters—H. D. Thomson (Wanganui), G. ' SmitH;. (Auckland),. S. Mackenzie (Auckland); N five-eighths, J. Hunter and H. J., Mynott (Taranaki); half back, F. Roberts (Wellington).; forwards—Mackreel, F. Glasgow. J. O'Sullivan, W. Glenn (Taranaki), G. Carlson (Hawke's Bay). D. Whisker (Manatvatu). Johnston (Wairarapa), D. Gallaher (Auckland.). It is explained that D. M'Gregor (Wellinsjton). G. Tyler, Nicholson, and Seelinsf (Auckland) ar« not included as the selectors deem them certain of inclusion in the team for Great Britain.
