TRINITY COLLEGE, LONDON, EXHIBITION "WINNERS. — Trinity Co'.leg-\ t oad-n, grants yearly 18 exhibitions to candidates in the Practical Music Examinations — six each for Senior, Intermediate and Junior — for India, and the Whole of the British colonies, including Canada, New Zealand, Cape Colony, Natal, Orangia, Transvaal, as well as the United States etc. New Zealand candidate? this year gained foil exhibitions, as follows: — Miss Viole*t Fraser, Dunedin pupil of the Dominican Convent; Miss Mary Mitchell Brown, Dunedin, pupil of Miss Ina Fea, A.T C.L., Miss Lucy S. Ferine. Dunedin pupil of Mr A. Vallis winner of the exhibition for intermediate grade, with 96 per cent, of marks, the highest number in New Zealand, and higher than any other candidate in the United Kingdom; Miss Pearl Evans, Queenstown.
