HIGH SCHOOL BOARD OF GOVERNORS

The mo.nthly meeting of the High School Governors, held on Thtvrsday, was by Messrs J. R. Sinclair (chairman), T. K. Sidey, J. M. Gallaway, T. Mackenzie, and the Hon. T. Fergus.

Accoimts amounting to £635 18s lid were passed for payment, and the bank books laid upon the table showed a credit balance of £802 8s lOd.

Brown, lessees of sections at Strath-Taieri, for an extension of lease- — It was agreed to extend the terms of lease at their expiry in October to the end of the following April.
