For the yeax ending. March 31, New Zealand shipped" to the Home markets considerably more butter than for the previous season. Cheese shows a sight falling off. The figttres sue: — Year 1804-5 : Butter, £1.500,755, cheese, £179,879. Year 1903-4: Butter, £1.416,484; cheese. £206.?70 The butter export 3d represented 312.797cwt, astainst 314.319cwt ; cheese. S2.639cvvt, against 86,535cwt. The exports cf meat were as' follow: — Year 1904-5: Beef, £193,365; mutton, £1.302,075; lamb, £1,079,330. Year 3903-4: Boef. £232,979; mutton, £1,453,425; lamb, £1,082,825.
