MIXING COLONIAL BUTTLE.
A PROFITABLE TRANSACTION. LONDON, April 4.
Large quantities of colonial butter are being' shipped to Holland, where it is mixed with about 50 per cent, of new. No adulterant has hitherto been detectable on analysis. The butter is reshipped to Eojsdandj where it is sold as Dutch at a
profit of about 30s per cwt. The Boa_rd of Agriculture is inquiring into the matter.
