CONSTABLE MOSES RELEASED ON BAIL.
ARRESTED OX ANOTHER CHARGE.
Further developments took place in the police scandal, -which is causing such widespread interest, on Friday evening. Constable Moses. who has been committed for trial on a charge of leaking and entering and theft, jv/as released last evening having succeeded in finding the heavy bail fixed on -Thursday, but immediately after his release he was again arrested by Detective Herbert on a charge of having, in January of this year, broken into and entered the premises of the D.1.C., and stolen therefrom a piece of cloth, two rugs, etc., of the total value of £9.
