The Arbitration Court gsxe judem-^nfc this morning in the dispute between the 1 Blackball, Reofton, and Denniston miners and engine-drivers and their re?peeti\-c employer. The court resolved to make no award in connection with tho bank-to-bank' question, considering that it would havo an ill effect This decision results in tho present award remaining in force.
The claim of Vocas=oveteh v. the King- for compensation for life of 50s per weerc for injuries sustained in falling and breaking his collarbone when repairing a te'esraph; lin-o, was decided by the court hoklinsj that the offer of the Postal Depaitmcnt of £18 15s, which was refused by tho plaintiff, mot tho ca=e. Tt a;a.vc ludgm.-nt accordingly for that, amount, ep.oh party to pay his ov/a coats.
