PE4KSOK IJHOS V. BLACK AXD OTHESS. Mr Hanlon -stated tliat in the cpsc of Pearson Bros. v. Black raid others (a claim for trespass and fire-lighting, resulting in the turning dowr of plaintiff's sawmill at Akatore), m which he appealed fd the plaintiffs, and Mr S.m for the defendants, a settlement had been arranged if Jiis Ho::o>.- would be goccl enough to allow tho case to remain in the list.
