INDICATIONS OF A FLOOD. (From Our Oo Ccrbespondkst.) CROMWELL, June 16. There was heavy rajn here all last night, and it has been raining slightly all day. It has n«t affected the riv or much go far, as it is snowing on the hilltop 5 . ALEXANDRA HOUTH, June 16. We havo had continuous rain since yesterday. Both rivers are rising. Tho Molyneux is now Bft 6in. at the bridge over the normal mark. There is no sign of the weather clearing. The g-lass k steady at 28.8. The> roads between here and Ida Valley are in a very bad state. The. coaebdrivers are having <a very rough time, and cannot manage to arrive here till 10 o'clock at night.

Hyde. — Gimmerburn, Wcdderburn, and Rough Ridge Creeks in flood; Cap Linn Creek very higli. — La^er : Taieri River very high hero. Still raining heavily, and every indication of a flood. Waipiata.— Taieri River high here, and still n«ing.
