U.S.A.— Messrs Wilcox, Smith, and Co. have sent in-o specimens of the St. Louis Exhibition issue, and they are beautiful specimens of the engraver's art. Falkland Islands. — A new series ha? appeared with Icing's head, the design being similar to the previous issue watermarked Crown and CA, perforated U. Adhesive* — id green, Id carmine, 2^d blue, 3s slate green.
