EARLY MORNING CATARRH.

The explanation of this ]•> to be found in the 'act that during tho night, when the body is recumbent, the catarrhal accumulations pa*s backward from the nasal cavities into the throat. In the. morning-, on ti .iking, those accumulations cause hacking, coughing, or scraping to freo flic- throat from the plilcgm. Nearly all those who suffer Irom nasal complaints have- this symptom, and in some cases it becomes so prominent as to be called ''Early morning catairh." Th<s number of the "JRe^ iev.- ' also contains a. "Supplement"' giving the details of a large number cf cases of oatavih cinVvl by a new method, which has been successful where operative proce-etiings and cauterisations havo failed There is, likewise, a Report; Form, by means of which patients suffering ttith deafness or ear, noso-, or throat ai!ments can obtain free advico by iiost.
