DIVORCE. Monday, June 13. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Williams.) FINI.AY V. TINLAY. Margaretta May Pinlay v. 'Williiarn Finlay. — A wife's petition for divorce on the ground of adultery. — Mr J. MacGregor appeared for the petitioner, and there was no appearance on behalf of the respondent, William Finlay, of IFeildicg. — Evidence having been given by the petitioner, the case was then adjourned for ihe production of further evidence.
