A CYCLING MATCH
SYDNEY, March 24,
A series of five matches for a prize of £100 has been arranged between Taylor and MacFarland. The events are a pursuit race and qiiarter, half, and one-mile paced races, and a mile unpaced, the winnei of three events to be adjudged the victor.
TEST RACES DECLARED OFF.
A Sydney cable states that the test bicycle matches between Taylor and MacFarland are declared off, the latter refusing to race Taylor without assigning any reason.
