Cowboy. — I am not aware of any remedy which acts as a pj.-eventa.tive of milk fever in cows, but a high percentage may be saved sfter they havo conlractsd that fatal disease hf using the ponuhir and successful remedy prepared by Mr A. Hamilton, M.R.C.V.S., No. 3. Bath street, Dunedin. G. W. R. — The only safo course is to have your mare examined in order to find what is tho causa of her refusing food. After that you will ba in a position to administer the proper remedial means to effect a cure.
