Fruit. — Oraiges- Ma r ket bj.re of Fiji. Sj'dji«y realised €? to 7s; Mi! dura, 7a to 8s; Sevilles, 63 Gd to 8s 6d Bananas, especially, barely covered change?. Lemons: MiMuras, Ids; Sydney, 4s to (is. Bananca. lls to 14s for repacks. Fairly large lota came forward from Fiji, but b& most of them were frosted they rea-h=°d low prices Apples have roc<l demand. Dessert, 63 t-o 8s; cooking, 4s 6d to 7s. Peaa-s: Canterbury, 5s to 10s; local. 3a Gd to 5s per case. Onions : Canitorbury, £i 5s to £3. Cauliflowers, 2s to 3s per sack.
Butter.— Slow of sale. Dairy pats, 8d to 9d; salt, 8d to 9d ; separator and factory. 9Jd to lOJd. Eggs are scarce. Cheese: Factory, Gd to 6id; farmers', sid. Bacon: Rolls, Bid. Pigs : Baoon-ers, 5d to 5Jd.
PoTi'fcry.— Rooster*?, 33 6d to 3s 9d ; hens, 2a to 2s 6d; ducks, 8s 6d to 4s; geese, 4a 6d per pair. We receive consignments any day but Saturday. D.ii'y sale?.
