There was an average yarding of stock at Addicglon market to-day, and a good attendance.

Fat Cattle.— l 93 came forward, the entry including a fair proportion of useful ateers and heifc.s. The sale opened poorly, but subsequently improved, and, although the market on the whole -was firm at last weelr/s ra-tes, prices were irregular. Beef averaged from 27s to 30s per lOO'.b, but m a few instances the latter price was exceeded. Steers reaksed £9 17s 6d to £12 15s; heifers, £5 17s 6d to £9 15s; extra prime, £11 ss; cows. £5 103 to £9: extra prime, £10 15a.

Fat Sheep. — A large entry, inc'uding a number of large lines of prime quality freezers. These were snapped up by export buyers, leaving butchers to compete for sma'ler pens, with the result that prices all round were decidedly firm at an advance on tho previous week's rates. Freezing wethers realised 18s to 255; merinos for freezing, 17s 6cl ; butchers', 14a 9d; wethers and ewes, 16s to 22s 3d; freezing ewes (aged), 12s lOd to 17s ; young ewes, 17s 6d to 235 ; butchers' ewes, 12a 3d to 225.

Fat Lambs. — 1340 wero penned, some of the pens being of particularly prime quality. Tho sale aa a whole was an excellent one, prices all round being firm at last week's rates. Teg 3, 17s 3d to 255; extra heavy, 30s; freezers, 13s to 17s; butchers', 12a to 18s 6d.

Pigs. — The entry was small and the demand keen. Choppers, £3 to £5 ; baconers, 45s to 565, equal to 4Jd to 5d per lb ; porkers, 30s to 425, equal to aid to 6d per lb.
