Long for sections 108, 109, and 116, block I. Tuaorvka East district; also on the application by R M'Millan to nurclxase sections 10 and 110, block I, Tuapeka East district; and also on the application by Timothy Kelleher for sections 9 and 117. block I, Tuapeka East district.— Each application w»s referred to the warden to ascertain if there was any objection to the sale of these sections, *nd if the warden is favourable, the land to be dealt with under clause 240 of the Land Act.
