"C." writes:— "ln your issue of April 29, Game 6407 is classed as an 'irregular.' I should like to point out that this is a mistake, and that the game is a variation of the 'Tillicoultry' opening. The books give 11 15, 23 19, 8 11, 22 18 as the opening. The game also comes up in the 'Single Corner,' thus: 11 15, 22 18, 15 22, 25 18, 8 11, 23 19, now same as game mentioned at sixth move."
