By an Order-in-Conncil dated April, 1903, made pursuant to the provisions of " Tha Post Office Act, 1900," the hitherto exigent Orders-in-Council promulgating regulations for Post Office Savings Banks are revoked, and a fresh set of regulations axe published. These will come into force on July 1.
