CHEISTCHURCH. May 5. Fcr trespassing on the Metropolitan Club's racecourse at Addington at the Easter, meeting several bookmakers end their assistnr.ts were fined 40s and costs in the Police Court to-dov. HAWERA, Slsy 8. At the Police Court three bookmakers— F. Hanson, J. Lewis, a:id Uno Stillin— were e2ch fined £1 and costs (£1) for trespassing on the Egmont Racing Ciub's course, and Frederick Spencer, who did not appear, v/as fined £5, and costs.
