TRIAL OF A CREAM SEPARATION.

A trial of the Crown R 25 Cream Separator, for which the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company are the agents, took place on Thursday morning at the Toieri and Peninsula Company's factory under the supervision of Mr Carl A. Andersson, who represents the manufacturers. The separator is one of large capacity, being constructed^ to treat 510 gallons of milk per hour. The' makers claim that it is just as efficient, if not more so, jhan other makes, and at the same time is much simpler in point of construction, having. only 10 inner parts. This enables it to be cleaned with much' less labour and trouble than- a machine of a more complicated nature. A number of these machines are in use in the North Island, especially in the Wanganui distriot, while they have also been installed in the Central Factory In Christchurcn. tnd in
