A large number of country people unaware of the illuess of the King, visited town, and. had the Coronation not been postponed, there would have be m a big slathering locally. The children's school troai was held, and ri^out 1000 children received bags of lollies and cakes. Besides thf children of the three locaj <-ehools those of Croydon Bush, Ciarlton.
