LONDON, April 8. The Ameer Habibullah i^ allowing tho Sunnites of Central Asiatic Russia to travel through Afghanistan while going to Mecca. The Novoe Vremya suggests that if properly approached the Ameer would agree to the appointment of a diplomatic agent at Kabul. Haddah Mullah has arrived at Kabul. He congratulated the Ameer on his succession, and suggested that as Abdurrahman Vv-as called "Light of the Faith,'' he should be denominated '' Hope of the Faith." Habibullah declined, raying he had not earned the title.
