(a) Mr M'Gill says this draws, and quotes a variation by Heffner supporting him. I have not a draw for it in my MS., and would like to sco where it comes in. (b) This is my way of sustaining the win. Mr Heffner goes 27 23 and allows a draw.

(a) The New Englanders made use of this move on February 22, 1000, scoring three or lour wins with it. We believe once before this move figured to good purpose. It was in one of tin international team matches— England v. Scotland, if we are not mistaken. (b) "Lees's Guide" gives 5 9 heye.
