Cooper, Esq., Registrar at Wellington of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, to sell by public auction, at the Homestead on the Tablelands Station, on Friday, the 25th day of April, 1902, at 11.30 a.m.. The TablelancU Run and Sheep thereon, as follows: — 1. Freehold, Section 18, Kahautara Block, containing 184 acres. 2. The Lease for 21 years, from the Ist day of June, 1893, of the Nga-vvakaa-Kupe No. 2c Block, containing 2605 acres 2 roods 33 perches, created by memorandum of lease registered number 2845; yearly rent £390 16s 6d. This lot will be sold subject, as regards the south-eastern portion thereof, containing 644 acres 3 roods, to a sub-lease thereover for the term of 13 years, from the Ist day of April, 1901, at the yearly rent of £131 12s. 3. The Lease for 21 years, from the Ist day of June, 1893, of the Ngawaka* a-Kupe No. 2a Block, containing 5520 acres 3 roods 19 perches, created by memorandum of lease, registered No. 2845, and confirmed by memorandum of lease registered No. 3161 ; yearly rent, £828 3s. 4.
