FEDERAL PARLIAMENT.
MELBOURNE, January 14. The Federal Parliament reassemble today. There is a likelihood that they will be invited to express sympathy with Great Britain in regard to the attack-, recently made by European politicians. The feeling here is growing very strong, particularly in view of the fact that the^e insults follow so closely upon the gratuitous imputations in the German newpapers against the bravery and loyalty of the Australian soldiers. The Right Hon. G. H. Reid has expressed hi 1 * willingness to support the Government if they submit a resolution on the subject.
