LONDON. March 25. The Lascar who was down with plague at the Southampton Hospital is convalescent. March 28. Eight thousand deaths from plague were reported in a week from the Province vi Benga', including the City of Calcutta. CAPETOWN, March 28. Amongst the plague cases at Capetown are three soldiers of the British regulars. PERTH, March 26. A boy named Shaw, living at Claremont, has the plague.
