UNIVERSITY COUNCIL

The monthly meeting of the University Counoi! was held on Monday afternoon ; prefeenl — Mr E. B. Cargill (\icß-chancellor), Dr Hocken, Dr Bura=, Mr J. Allen, M H.R., the Rev. A. Cameron, Mr T.
