Died of Enteric FeveT at Johannesburg on August 8. Trooper Reid was a son of the late Mr Charles Reid, of Dunedin, where he was born. He was educated at the Boys' High School, and was a member of the B Battery of Artillery in Dunedin. — J. A. Chisholm, photo.
