Local cooking, best quality, 8s to . 10s per. case, 2d to 2Ad per lb ; best dessert, 2id to 3d per lb ; Hobart F.C., 8s 6d to 9s Gd; 5.P..M., 10s to 15s; Sturniers, 9s to 12s. Lemons: Mildura, 10s to 12s; Sydney, 9s to 10s ; Auckland, 8s 6d. Pears, done. Oranges : Sydney (we have shipments landing ex Mokoia), 9s to lls ; mandarins, 8s 6d to lls; bananas, 2d to 2Jd; passion fruit, 10s to 12s ; Seville oranges, 8s 6d to 10s. Pineapples, 15s to 19s per case. Ehubarb: x>est quality, lid ; inferior, ljd. Produce. — Fresh butter, 6d to 8d; separator, 9d; salt, 6id to Shd. Bacon: .Roll, 5Jd to 6d. Hams, 7Jd. Pigs, 2Jd to 3Jd. Cheese: Factory, 5d to s>>d ; farmers', 4Jd to sd. Onions, JSI3 to £15. Potatoes: Derwents, 303 to 355. Poultry. — Hens, 2s 6d to 3s; roosters, 3s to 4s ; ducks, 4s. Turkeys : Hens, 5d per lb ; cocks, 6d to 7d. We receive all descriptions of farm and dairy produce for sale on commission.
