PARTICULARS OF OUR WOUNDED.

WELLINGTON, September 13. The Premier has received a cablegram from the High Commissioner at CopetoAvn, dated 11th September, announcing that the folloAving NeAV Zealanders were wounded in an engagement at Naatnvpoort on Sunday last : — Dangerously:- Lance-coiporal M. Canavan. Severely : Trooper A* J. Roberts, Trooper E. M'Lean. Slightly : Trooper H. S. Atkinson, Trooper J. Dungey, Trooper M. T. Francis, Trooper M. Taylor. Canavan is a horse-breaker, and hails from Auckland. Roberts is a shearer from Oamaru. Atkinson is a clerk from Auckland. Dungey is a horse-trainer from Queenstown. All the above belong to the fourth contingent. M'Lean, Francis, and Taylor are members of the Otago company of the fifth contingent.
