FOOT WARMERS,
to be placed at the service of the public, to be -used in passenger carriages during the winter months, and I am disposed to think that the travelling public would not object to pay a small fee for the use of such conveniences. The present winter is too far gone to enable this to be done to meet this season's requirements, but before the following winter I hope to have the system in full operation.
