(Per United Press Association;) OAMARU, May 30. The Winter meeting of the North Otago Jockey Club took place to-day in fine weather, and there was a good attendance. Stewart, of Naseby, is at present serv"ing in South Africa as a trooper in the New; South Wales contingent. Twenty men from Oamaru are to be sent to the Otago Central railway.
