PROPERTY SALE.
Messrs Park, Reynolds, and Co. offered for sale by auction at their rooms on May 16 the
property of the New Zealand Express Conii' pan3'-. consisting of section 23, block VI, Stafford slreet, containing one rood, together with) a two-storey brick store and stables thereon. The bidding started 'at £1000, and advanced to £1550. The sum of £1900 was then bid on behalf of the owner, the property being passed in at that price.
