SHOW DATES. June 21, 22, 23— Christchurch. June 28, 29, 30 — Dunedin. June 29, 30— Tirnaru.
— The Dunedin Fanciers' Club at its meeting on Mondb,y definitely decided to hold this year's show on the 28th, 29th, and 30th June next. Mr Bills is to be asked to give an illustrated .exhibition on pojiltry dressing, etc., and the secretary was instructed to write to Mr Hides, the Government poultry expert, inviting him to lecture on one of the evenings of the show. Messrs Spatz and Irvine, delegates to the South Island of New Zealand Poultry, Pigeon, Canary, etc., Association, reported upon a meeting recently held in Christchurch, and abated that the association have donated two five-guinea trophics — one for Wyandottes and the other for Norwich non-colour fed Champion Classes. The club's five fiveguinea trophies will, of course, also be competed for. The secretary reported that the schedules for the show would be ready for distribution next month, and posted at once to exhibitors.
