Spencer to sell by private treaty hid Etalvale Run, consisting qf — 10,600 ACRES FIRST-CLASS AGRICULTURAL AND PASTORAL COUNTRY, held on a 14 years' lease, of which eight have ■still' to run, from. the Otago School Commissioners, at an annual rental of £172. Valuation for improvements is obtainable at the «nd of the lease. The "property is situated on the banks of the Jacob River, about 12 miles from Nightcaps railway station. It is well fenced and subdivided into' numerous paddocks. Six hundred acres are under cultivation, of which 150 are in turnips.
