' ' The homestead is beautifully situated on the south side of the property, and commands a good view of the whole estate. The residence, comprising about 16 rooms, is of modern architecture, built of brick and plaster, fitted with hot and cold baths, and has a neverfailing supply, of water laid on .throughout.
